Shipping and/or Delivery Policies: For Drop Off or Pick Up Orders, Please be sure to remove all non-edible items (artificial flowers, pins, and decorative items such as, Cake Toppers, rhinestone chains, candles, etc.) before serving our Cakes to your guests. Seventeen and Co. is not liable for damages or injuries to you, your guests or any persons for your failure to comply and/or inspect your desserts. if a client or his/her representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, then he/she assumed all the liability and responsibility for the confition of the cake once it leaves the service providers possession, Seventeen and Co. is also not responsible for any damage, late arrival or issue to your desserts once your item is shipped, picked up or dropped off.

Your Cake Tasting Consultation WILL NOT BE BOOKED until your $45 Consultation Fee is paid. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, once your payment has been made which will also confirm your booking date and time. Please complete allergy list questionnaire within 24 hours of Confirmation Email Receipt or you will be rescheduled. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable. You will be rescheduled if this step has not been completed.
