You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, once your payment has been made which will also confirm your booking date and time. Please complete allergy list questionnaire within 24 hours of Confirmation Email Receipt or you will be rescheduled. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable. You will be rescheduled if this step has not been completed.
